These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 15phsky ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 15phsky website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://15phsky.app.

By accessing the 15phsky platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 15phsky platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15phsky reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of 15phsky services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. 15phsky is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 15phsky account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 15phsky employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be forfeited.
• The matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 15phsky username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

All financial transactions on the 15phsky platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 15phsky supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency options. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 15phsky account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• 15phsky does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• 15phsky reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 3–10 minutes of approval.
• 15phsky reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing verification, investigation, or compliance review.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and will not be absorbed by 15phsky unless expressly stated in a current promotion.

15phsky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 15phsky reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly permitted, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: 15phsky reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.

15phsky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.

All bets placed on the 15phsky platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• Bets may only be placed using available real-money or bonus funds in your 15phsky account. Bets placed with insufficient funds will be rejected.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 15phsky system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 15phsky reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of 15phsky's management shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change.
• 15phsky reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any player at its sole discretion, including imposing reduced maximum bet limits on individual accounts.

For sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events available on 15phsky, additional sport-specific rules apply. These rules govern matters such as event postponement, abandonment, and the settlement of markets in exceptional circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 15phsky platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one 15phsky account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing error on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the 15phsky platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to 15phsky transactions.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the 15phsky platform, its servers, or its databases.

All content on the 15phsky platform — including but not limited to the 15phsky name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 15phsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 15phsky platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 15phsky content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 15phsky content.
• Use any 15phsky trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the 15phsky platform.

Any unauthorised use of 15phsky intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

15phsky is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at 15phsky.app/privacy-policy.

15phsky's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 15phsky account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 15phsky's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
